Version 2.50.0 lets you choose, client by client and group by group, the plan member enrolment methods offered on the Client Portal. It also simplifies benefit setup and onboarding follow-up.
New Features
Client Portal
Client Portal – Choice of plan member enrolment methods
A new screen is now available on the Segic Platform to choose the plan member enrolment methods offered on the Client Portal. You can now offer or withdraw the online enrolment form and the traditional enrolment form for a client, then set exceptions for specific groups. The process for adding a plan member thus adapts to each employer’s practices.
- Default settings: the availability of each method applies to all of the client’s groups.
- Exceptions: one or more groups can be given choices that differ from the default settings.
- Onboarding in client portal: the screen shows whether onboarding is offered and gives access to its settings.
On the Client Portal, the “Add new plan member” menu offers only the methods available for the group. If no method is offered and onboarding is not available, the button is not displayed.
Important: without any configuration, both methods remain offered, as before the update. Onboarding is still configured in its own settings.
Access: Segic Platform › Client portal › Display rules › Plan member enrollment method, depending on the user’s access rights.
Improvements
Segic Platform
Group structure – Carrier and policy number suggested automatically
When a benefit is created, the carrier and policy number of the last benefit created in the same group are now suggested automatically. This improvement removes the need to search for the carrier in the list and to re-enter the policy number for each benefit, which speeds up setting up a new group in particular.
- The suggested values can be changed before saving.
- Existing benefits and their history are not changed.
Important: values are suggested for a new benefit only, during the current work session. After the page is refreshed or the user signs in again, the carrier and policy number must be entered again for the first benefit created.
Access: Segic Platform › Group › Parameters › Structure › Benefits.
Client Portal
Client Portal – Onboarding follow-up displayed on opening
The onboarding “Follow-up” tab now displays onboardings with the “In progress” status as soon as it opens, without having to run the search. This improvement gives immediate access to the files that require follow-up.
- The status filter is preselected to “In progress” and can be changed to display other statuses.
- Resetting the filters returns the selection to “In progress”.
Access: Client Portal › Onboarding › Follow-up.
