ABOUT THIS UPDATE<\/h2>\n

The change request flow for employee records has been enhanced with two new capabilities: the ability to \u00ab <\/span> suspend \u00bb<\/strong> a request by the administrator, and <\/span>\u00ab two-way messaging \u00bb <\/strong>ebetween the administrator and the plan sponsor.<\/p>\n

The plan sponsor can view the \u201cOn Hold\u201d<\/strong> status of their requests and exchange messages with the administrator.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    • By clicking the button \"\" to put the request on hold, a window opens requesting a <\/span>\u201cmandatory suspension reason.\u201d<\/strong> This reason will be visible in the <\/span>\u201cDiscussions\u201d<\/strong> section on the Client Portal side.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
