Carine Ladouceur joined the team on August 2 as Vice-President, Finance. She will be responsible for spearheading the company’s financial strategy and completing its various growth and acquisition projects. Her arrival is an important milestone in the company’s strategy to maintain and accelerate its growth.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma in Chartered Accountancy (chartered accountant designation) from HEC Montréal. Carine is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience, including four years in information technology and cybersecurity, and two years as Chief Financial Officer for start-ups and fast-growing companies.
Carine Ladouceur is excited to help grow the company, which enables benefit and group insurance organizations transition to innovative business models. She will also have the opportunity to play an active role in Segic’s executive team by leveraging her strong organizational, analytical and negotiation skills.
