SEGIC IS PROUD TO WELCOME ITS NEW NATIONAL VICE-PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Pascal Beaulieu joined Segic on November 8, 2021, as National Vice-President, Business Development. He will act as a strategic advisor to organizations wishing to take advantage of the Segic platform and use a full range of technologies and services that support every aspect of their group benefits plans —from design to employee engagement.

An actuary by training and holder of a group insurance certificate from the Autorité des marchés financiers, he has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, particularly in business development.

“The appointment of Pascal Beaulieu is timely at this stage of our growth,” says Danny Boulanger, President and CEO of Segic. “And that’s not all; when you look closely at his career path, you can’t help but think that he was predestined to play a major role at Segic.”

In addition to his traditional actuarial expertise, knowledge and skills, Mr. Beaulieu has always been committed to optimizing group benefits plans so that they offer real options to participating members and truly meet their needs. The combination of his skills and ambition has always led him to think outside the box, and is very much in line with Segic’s strategic goals. Mr. Beaulieu is particularly pleased to be a part of a business model and an innovative platform that will dust off the field of group benefits plans as well as revolutionize practices.

“Pascal Beaulieu is the right person to market our technology platform on a national level,” says Boulanger. “Having been in the group benefits plans business for many years, he knows and understands the needs of organizations. He’ll also tell them about the specifics and efficiency of our unique application, because it somewhat represents the tool he’s always dreamed of working with throughout his career.”
