Christine Edwards, Director, TPA and Customer Service
Christine Edwards has joined Segic as Director, TPA and Customer Service. With over 20 years of experience in benefits administration and team management, Christine has held leadership roles at organizations such as GFMD, PBAS Group and Morneau Shepell (now TELUS Health). Known for her collaborative approach and ability to optimize processes, she fosters a trust-based environment conducive to talent development and organizational efficiency. Christine is committed to delivering excellence in customer service and uniting her teams around performance goals—qualities that will play a key role in the swift implementation and success of our TPA department.
Annya Potter, Manager, TPA Operations
Annya Potter joins Segic as Manager, TPA Operations. With her experience in client relationship management, Annya has held key roles at CloudMD and Groupe Major Inc., where she led client renewal strategies and enhanced internal process efficiency. She stands out for her ability to manage the entire client lifecycle, with a strong focus on satisfaction and operational process improvement. Her project management skills and proactive approach will be invaluable in ensuring the success and growth of our new TPA department.
